Walking the dog for your health

The health industry is enormous because we are so concious of our well being in this fast paced life we lead. Some people spend a lot of money on infomation and special diet tips ,but not everyone can afford the extra costs involved ,and therefore need an alternative ,well you might already have just the thing right under your nose(or feet) . Walking a dog on a regular basis is one of the most pleasant and relaxing ways of  1. keeping yourself fit and healthy  2. fresh air will give you a nice complexion ,so you start to feel better about yourself  3. walk for 20 minutes and you will notice the difference in yourself as your stamina buildsup 4. stepup your pace after a week and you will soon see a difference in what you are capable of in terms of energy levels. This is without any extra cost in monetry terms ,so then if you also give some thought to the rest of your routine you will go up and down the stairs without  a second thought, you might walk to the shop instead of getting the car out, all adding to your overall well being. Plus you will also have a very happy dog that will revel in the new routine and never tire of it so this again helps motivate you when you dont quite feel like it but you can,t dissapoint the poor little thing (or big) .
